Started by working in a small animal practice in 2000 and graduated from Columbus State Community College with an Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology in 2003. In 2008, Rachel began the journey into teaching at the Vet Tech Institute at Bradford. During her 14 years there, she taught a variety of topics including diagnostic imaging, parasitology, clinical laboratory procedures, and animal nursing. Rachel’s passion for diagnostic imaging lead to her textbook contributions in McCurnnin’s Clinical Textbook for Veterinary Technicians and Nurses, and to her current role working in Radiation Safety at The Ohio State University.
