Friend of the OAVT

A person or organization of whom the Ohio Association of Veterinary Technicians (OAVT) has benefited from their time or assistance or a person or organization that has been supportive and is dedicated to the advancement of veterinary technicians. If the nominee is a veterinarian, he or she must be a member of the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA). If the nominee is a veterinary technician, he or she must be a member of the Ohio Association of Veterinary Technicians (OAVT). The nominee must be nominated by an OAVT member. If no one meets the above-mentioned criteria, there will be no award. The award committee will consist of the President, Vice President, Corresponding and Recording Secretaries, Treasurer and the Chairperson of the Friend of the OAVT Award.
