Started in veterinary medicine as a student intern in 2010, and earned a BS in biology in 2011. Since then has worked in a small mixed animal practice, and 3 different corporately owned practices.  Graduated from Penn Foster College with my vet tech AS degree, and passed the VTNE in 2020. I currently work for VCA on the floor at Burton Animal Hospital and in the field as an Area Technician helping to train our technicians and assistants to be the best they can. My other passion in vet med is nutrition. It’s such an important part of the care of the whole animal that often gets overlooked.
